A hotfix for issues with the demo scene

🎨 Asset Changes
- [Community Report] Fixed an issue where the demo scene wouldn’t respect the board type assigned.
- Improved the demo scene to show both board types in a better way.
- Updated SerializedTime to be IComparable for board sorting.
- Updated version validation code to correctly show the new version popup correctly.
