(DDU) April 1st Development Update
In todays DDU (Daily Development Update) I have a new menu system to show off! I have been focused on getting a working menu system that I also like and can navigate without getting lost. Ideally it needed to be easy(ish) to use and modular so it could be used in multiple ways. This is now the 5th time I've rewritten a menu contoller, this version invokes events when a button is pressed based on the current selection and seems to be easier to manage. Below is where is was at at 5pm this evening, I've since been working on getting the gamemode selection section added which is under the "Play" button menu tree. With any luck tomorrow I'll be porting a similar system to the main menu and getting that working in the same way.
